Ra'anan Kop - CPA (Isr.)

Kop has over 20 years of experience. His expertise includes financial escort and bank representation for companies and individuals, internal auditing, capital gains tax, receivership and management of companies in financial difficulties. He is a member of the National Ethics Committee of the Israel CPA Chamber and of other Chamber institutions, and serves as chairman of its local committee. Kop is a member of the board of the Khan Theater in Jerusalem and other social and cultural organizations.

Adi Livay - CPA (Isr.)
completed his studies at the College of Administration
BA in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing.

Livay, CEO of the Tel-Aviv Office, has over 18 years of experience. He was a member of the teaching staff of the faculty of the College of Administration, where he lectures on taxation, and has published textbooks on V.A.T. and Land Betterment tax. He is a graduate of the supplementary course in Securities Law given by the Bar Ilan University Faculty of Law. Livay is a member of the prestigious Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel (ICPA) Audit Standards and Procedures Committee. This committee is responsible for publishing audit and assurance standards and procedures for the ICPA, including activities such as drafting standards and providing guidelines.
